KATY CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LLC was formed to bring private investment opportunities, which had been traditionally reserved for the ultra-wealthy, to the everyday investor. Our target investments are outside of Wall Street’s volatility. Our partners seek out collateralized real estate that provide lucrative income and help build wealth for future generations.

All Katy Capital Investments loans are evaluated with asset-based standards that don't necessarily require that same strict standards that banks and other lenders do. This means that if you don't qualify with traditional lenders or banks, you can still look to invest in real estate property with us!
